Davis Silver Blackmon

Born and raised on the Upper East Side of NYC, Davis grew up surrounded by the rich culture of one of the city's most iconic neighborhoods. She attended school on 91st and 5th, where she balanced academics with athletics, competing in cross country, basketball, and lacrosse.

She pursued higher education at the University of Alabama, earning degrees in marketing and psychology. During her time there, she was honored to be a part of the prestigious Blount Scholars Program, The Anderson Society, recognizing the top 20 leaders on campus, and The XXXI, celebrating the top 31 female leaders on campus.

After college, she began her professional journey as a Content Writer for ironSource, a tech company based in Israel that was later acquired by Unity. Her role quickly evolved, and within two years, she was promoted to Manager of Content Marketing. This position allowed her to travel between Israel and New York, managing a dynamic team and honing her skills in strategic communication and leadership.

Despite her success in the corporate world, she felt a strong pull towards a more fulfilling career path and left her job to pursue real estate. She began her career on the Missy Wyant Smit Team in San Francisco, where she closed over $10M in sales volume in two years, including a listing that closed 22% over asking in just 7 days and another that closed 36% over asking in 10 days, both in competitive, multiple-offer situations. She also contributed to the team's $230M+ in total sales volume through vendor coordination, pricing, showings, open houses, and closings.

Now a licensed New York real estate salesperson, Davis has returned home to the Upper East Side, where she works alongside Mary Ellen Cashman at Compass, bringing her hands-on transaction experience and deep local roots to Manhattan's luxury market.

Davis is dedicated to bringing her unique blend of marketing expertise, leadership experience, and hands-on real estate know-how to help her clients find their dream homes.
